The location was prime for exploring many neighborhoods. the room size was spacious. It easily accommodated my needs. the beds were very comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

The hotel is near multiple subway lines offering convenient access to different parts of the area. I found it easy to travel throughout the city. several restaurants and shops are within walking distance which added to the convenience of the location. the neighborhood felt safe and vibrant i enjoyed exploring the local area.

The club level room had a king-sized bed ensuring a comfortable sleep. the room included a small refrigerator useful for storing drinks and snacks. the bathroom was clean. It featured a rainfall shower i appreciated the modern fixtures.

I stayed in a club double room 2 double beds. The room was clean and spacious. The workout machines WORKED! I really liked that the hotel gave me access to the club lounge, it was better than I expected.
The walls seemed a LITTLE thin, and I could hear some noise from the street.

The club breakfast had EVERYTHING I needed. The M Club breakfast room offered happy hour and snacks. This was a nice touch. I also got a voucher for a free meal, and it was HUGE!!!

The location is AMAZING. It is right between Chinatown, Tribeca, and SoHo. It made it easy to walk around, and the train lines are nearby. I enjoyed the proximity to shops.

constant noiselack of follow-up
my room faced an interior courtyard. the noise from the air conditioning units was constant. i sent an email to the manager, as suggested in their automated welcome message but i never received a reply. the lack of follow-up felt dismissive, frankly it's as if they don't care about guests once they've checked in.
